Permitting Resources

This section directs you to the Ohio EPA, the division of air pollution control (DAPC), where one can determine if an air permit is required and if so the requirements that may be associated. This includes fact sheets, laws and regulations, application forms, and engineer’s guides related to the differing types of permits (PTI (permit to install), PTIO (Permit to install and operate), exemptions, fees, etc…). All of the previously mentioned can be found through the following Ohio EPA air permitting resources website.
